What to know when shopping for your wedding gown at The White Room....

Appointments???
Appointments are not required although we STRONGLY suggest you call to schedule an appointment with the location of your choice.

*We are a boutique with small space and can't always accomodate walk-in customers.  We try to allow everyone time to look through the gowns and try on, but appointments are promised a full service experience with a reserved dressing room and a consultant to work just with you. 
*Saturday appointments book up the quickest.  If you are planning to come on a Saturday, call a week ahead to ensure you get on our books.

**January through mid-May we offer extended hours.   Mon, Wed, Fri 10-6p; Tues, Thurs 10-7p; Saturday 10-5p  (if you would like to avoid larger crowds, we suggest you schedule your appointment on a week day)

How many guests should accompany me???
We suggest you bring no more than 3.  Bring the closest friend/family member(s) whose opinion you value and who knows you well and with whom you want to share the experience of buying your gown.  Bringing more than 3 others can take the focus off of you. Again we are a small boutique and with large crowds you may become overwhelmed and frustrated.  We want to help you stay calm and enjoy your experience. 

Price Range of Wedding Gowns???
Pricing of our gowns start at $550 and go up to $4000 in each boutique.  Most gown prices range from $900-$2000.  We can accomodate most any budget and will make it our task to find the perfect "look" for you while maintaining the budget you are comfortable with.  It is ok to be up front with your budget when shopping for your wedding gown.  We are working FOR YOU and wish to find the most amazing look while keeping you in your comfort zone. 

Size of Sample Gowns???
Most of our sample gowns range from a 10-14.  We do have a great selection of gowns in both locations that range from 16-24. We special order for the size and color of your choice. Our consultants are trained to pin and work with any gown to give you an accurate fit example.  If you are concerned with our sample sizing, please give us a call and we will gladly answer any questions and assist you in any way. 

Ordering Process???
Ordering a wedding gown takes time.  Most companies requires 4-6 months for standard delivery.  Don't panic- some companies offer RUSH and quick ship options that can accomodate short engagements.
The White Room requires 50% to order an item.  (This includes Wedding gowns, formal gowns, bridesmaids, mothers, etc).  The balance is due upon arrival of the merchandise. We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, AMEX, Cash, Check, Money order (Basically any form of payment)

Bridesmaids???
The estimated delivery time for bridesmaid gowns is 3 months.  Once you ahve decided on the perfect wedding gown, do not hesitate to get the ball rolling on the other details.  It is best to tackle this ASAP to avoid late fees and last minute arrivals.
We carry a large selection of bridesmaids in both locations.  Prices range from $120-$280.  (Most common prices $160-$200) 

Random details???
We do not allow pictures while shopping for your gown.  Once you purchase a gown, you may take as many pictures as you like.
Food and drink is also not allowed within the boutique.
